For every ministry in your church

Train every new volunteer the same way.

Train is volunteer training for every ministry. New people learn their role on their phone, shadow someone who does it, then serve with a trainer beside them until a leader signs off.

  • A path for every positionSet up the steps for a greeter, a kids small group leader or a camera operator once. Everyone learning that role goes through the same ones.
  • Short lessons on their phoneStacks teach the basics with quick lessons and a short quiz, before their first Sunday.
  • Hands-on time with a trainerThey do the real thing on a real Sunday with someone beside them. A leader signs off when they’re ready.
  • Works with Planning CenterTrain reads who’s serving, so it suggests training when a trainer is already on the team that day.
